The North Port Symphony is a vibrant community of amateur and professional musicians, along with talented advanced students, who come together to create meaningful performances and celebrate the joy of orchestral music. Whether you’ve played for decades or are returning to your instrument after time away, you’ll find a friendly, supportive environment—and a place where your musicianship truly matters. 

Who Can Join?

We welcome musicians who:

• Play at an intermediate to advanced level

• Are comfortable reading music and playing orchestral repertoire

• Are enthusiastic about weekly rehearsals and a 5 month concert season

• Want to be part of a positive, collaborative ensemble

The Symphony includes a wide range of players, from seasoned professionals to dedicated amateurs to advanced student musicians.

Rehearsal Schedule

Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Our season includes regular rehearsals and multiple concerts throughout the winter performance period.
